ASGRAD - Anglophone Studies Graduate Students Symposium

The first ASGRAD was co-organized by the English Language and Literature and American Culture and Literature Departments of Ege University, Türkiye in 2018. The aim of this symposium was to offer a ground for the graduate students to share their ideas and discuss topics of Anglophone studies in a safe environment. 

The title of the first symposium was "Transformation" and more than 30 graduate students participated in it. It was a great success opening venues for new discussions and ideas. 

The second symposium was entitled "Silence" and it was organized to take place in 2022. The number of participants rose to 52.
